Where's my stuff? UK

We send out most orders the day after the order is received/paid for. Samples take 2/3 days to arrive they are sent royal mail, not tracked, Parcels 2 to 5 days tracked and with insurence up to £50. Any worries or if your order is urgent, get in touch and we'll pull the stops out for you. If you want extra insurence please let us know.

Where's my Stuff EU- EU delivery is usually  3 to 5 days though small packets royal mail have been known to take a siesta. If you want courier to EU, please let us know.

Carriage

Carriage costs are shown towards the end of your purchase. We try and keep costs as low as possible and in some cases subsidise the cost. We don't send small  parcels insured or tracked. If you want this service please ask and we will advise the cost. (We rarley get any problems but please ask if you want insurance)

Samples are from £1.50 up  to about £3.95 for the whole set UK

For small orders under 2 kg the UK cost is around £4.95

The maximum UK for large orders is  is £9.95 max EU price is £19.95

Sometimes we may need to contact you to ask for extra courier costs- this only applies where you may be classified as living in a remorte area.
