We send out fabric usually within a day of  payment.

We don't accept fabric back after it has been cut from the roll but we go out of our way to be helpful if you have a problem with anything.

Fabric is sent uninsured and we rarely get a problem. If you prefer a guaranteed delivery we can insure at extra cost.
